All Generators are different but we have you covered no matter the make or model. Here is a check list of everything that will take place during your maintenance visit.
Annual Maintenance Checklist:
Inspect unit for problems, alarms, & safety hazards
Check / Replace Spark Plugs
Set Correct Spark Plug Gap
Inspect / Replace Air Filter
Change Oil & Oil Filter
Test Battery
Clean Battery Terminals
Test Charging System
Inspect Control Board Connections
Update Current Date and Time on Control Board
Update Firmware (if applicable)
Reset Maintenance Counter
Test Output Voltage
Clean Unit

Valve Adjustment
Inspection of Transfer Switch and Generator Electrical Connections
Simulate Power Outage / Load Test
Fuel Line Inspection
Install Block Heater
Install Oil Warmer
Level Unit
Additional Parts/Labor for Liquid Cooled Generators:
Inspect Coolant Level
Top off Radiator and Overflow
Flush Coolant every 250 Run Hours
Clean Debris off Radiator
Inspect all accessory Drive Belts
Replace Timing Belt (if applicable)
NOTE:
Maintenance cost for Air Cooled and Liquid Cooled Generators may differ depending on the overall size of the unit. For example, some Air Cooled Generators have one Spark Plug and some Liquid Cooled Generators can have 10 Spark Plugs. Some take 1.5 quarts of Oil, while others take 8+ quarts.
